Who is David Scott, the Physiologist-turned-High School Science Teacher?

I am a high school teacher of Physics (Honors/AP and General level) and Chemistry (College Credit Plus and General level). I am trained as a Physiologist and did physiological and pharmaceutical research prior to becoming a high school teacher.
