They were about the only thing that were doing well. About all my reagents were ruined by a recent move, today I found out even more stuff was ruined besides more issues that need politics to be resolved. Ack. I lay awake most of yesterday night, feeling irritation build up. I have been grumpy all dayEvo said:How are the worms?
Thanks, I'll try that I think Top Models is on tonight, so there will be some mindless relaxation.Andre said:Relax Monique, tomorrow is another day.
Not so bad, just a bit disoriented (more so than usual ) from 2 weeks away from the office.Monique said:Bad first day at work

Well, I was feeling so good yesterday.. at least I know the cause of the grumpy moodHurkyl said:You're lucky you're just frustrated. I've been feeling quite agitated for nearly 24 hours now, and I have no idea why.
Frustration can be caused by a variety of factors, such as unmet expectations, difficulties in achieving a goal, or feeling overwhelmed or stuck in a situation.
When we experience frustration, our bodies release stress hormones like cortisol, which can increase heart rate and blood pressure. This can lead to physical symptoms such as tense muscles, headaches, and digestive issues.
Frustration can be both positive and negative. In some cases, it can motivate us to work harder and overcome obstacles. However, if it becomes overwhelming or chronic, it can have negative effects on our mental and physical well-being.
There are various strategies for coping with frustration, such as taking a break, practicing relaxation techniques, or problem-solving. It's important to find what works best for you and to communicate your frustrations to others if necessary.
In some situations, frustration can be beneficial as it can push us to find new solutions and be more creative. However, it's important to manage frustration in a healthy way and not let it become overwhelming or destructive.
