Anybody know how I can get my windows XP to display all math symbols? Sometimes instead of the correct symbol, my screen displays a small box. Thanks

You need to use the right font, I guess. Some fonts don't hold the according symbols. Match the font in the display settings against the one in the chartable which holds the nessesary symbols.

How can I fix the problem of missing math symbols?

If the issue is due to a lack of support from your font, you can try changing the font to one that supports the symbols. If the code is incorrect or missing, you can try finding and downloading the correct code or using a different code for the symbol. If it is a browser or device setting issue, you may need to adjust the settings or use a different device.
