Windows 10: Denied access / permission as Administrator

In summary, Windows 10 allows for user accounts to have administrator privileges, giving them access to perform administrative tasks on the system. However, in some cases, even with administrator rights, users may be denied access or permission to perform certain actions or access certain files or folders. This can be due to security settings, ownership of files, or other factors. To resolve this issue, users can try changing the security settings or taking ownership of the files/folders, or consult with the system administrator for further assistance.

Uh, have you considered the possibility that your Windows is corrupted ?? I've had Windows decide that my admin-level account was invalid, game-over...
Nothing else has made me believe that. I haven't had any major issue with it.
