Zero Posts: Known Bug or Something Else?

In summary, posts made in the lounge are not counted towards a member's post count. This means that a zero post count indicates that the member has not posted outside of General Discussion, Feedback, and P&WA. The lounge refers to the PF Lounge section on Physics Forums, where posts do not count towards post count.

Sometimes when looking through a thread I see that someone's post count is zero, even when they have posted several times in the thread. Is this a known bug?

Posts made in the lounge are not counted. A zero post count means that this member has not posted out side of GD.

Actually only posts in General Discussion, Feedback, and P&WA don't count.

You're in the lounge Phinds.
