Digital electronics is a field of electronics involving the study of digital signals and the engineering of devices that use or produce them. This is in contrast to analog electronics and analog signals.
Digital electronic circuits are usually made from large assemblies of logic gates, often packaged in integrated circuits. Complex devices may have simple electronic representations of Boolean logic functions.

I have a digital camera but the software does not support windows vista, i have been to the cameras website but there is not a solution listed, am i sunk or is there a way around it?
Thanks.
What do they mean by saying that " If the clock frequency is 45MHz and we use 50MHz then the circuit will not work".
I am confused  I don't understand the timing analysis in digital logic.
Please help me out

Hello All,
I'm still working on my experimental control board and up to this point have been determining the best way to do the phase shifting of the input signal onto three output channels.

I have a digital signal from EEG recording. I need to filter 50 Hz frequencies and 0.5 to 120 Hz, so I've tried this:
1. I designed a notch filter with Matlab.
2. I used fft to transform the signal to frecuency domain.
3. I applied the notch filter.
4. I used ifft to get back to time domain...

I had electronics last semester, and we went over some digital briefly at the end. I think we learned a bit about digital circuits using diodes and something about transitor-transitor logic?
Anyway, at the time I was wondering if there was a way to use Op Amps to create digital circuits.
Hi Guys,
I was hoping someone could explain why commercial satellite uplinks (like those used in TV broadcast) are able to achieve such high bandwidth rates vs. radio uplinks like HAM OSCAR uplinks.
I don’t completely understand how digital modulation is done onto radio wave, but at 1st...
I've got a sequence of pictures from my camera of some very distant buildings (~20mi) that I'd like to digitally enhance. I took about 20 shots in rapid succession in the hopes that I can combine them to produce a better image.
My first attempt will simply be to overlay them in PhotoShop and...
Which has a higher demand in computer engineering today?
And why?
i am stuck in choosing what it would be... i just can't get what these two mean... so it would be better if u please provide explanation for these two courses?
And sorry if this is already been posted before... please give a link
When taking photos with a digital camera there is usually a burst of light before the photon is taken. Why is this? Is it because there is usually not enough light reflecting off the object being photographed. It is this reflected light that is what is being recorded on the film inside.
Im not sure if this is the right place to post this but here's my question. I have to create a counter that outputs a 1 every 4th clock cycle. I can't make a truth table because it doesn't really make sense. I am a newb to digital logic and suck at it. Any one have any help.
Thanks
Jason
hello everyone,
what stuff can i tackle on my own to learn dsp? complex variables and Fourier transforms to begin with - but what else? how do other aspects of EE play into dsp? how do i get functionality fastest!?
first off I'm not looking for ANYONE to do the work for me, I have already spent 3-4 hours a day for the last 6 days on this and I'm stuck. It should be easy but something screwy is going on...

Hi!
I have to use a Honeywell-Mellen controller UDC 3200.
To heat up to 1000°C with 5°/C min.
I was programming as follwing:
SRAMP
Time:250
EU/HR: 8500
GAIN: 60.0
but is is still fast heating ?
Have you any idea how to do it?
Thank you in advance!
Okie doke,
I need someone here (or a collection of people working in some sort of synchronized fashion) to write for me a 1500 word assignment on the difference physics wise between analogue and digital tv broadcasting.
Have fun doing it. :D
Hello,

This is a homework question. However, here is what I have thought about.
Here is my formula for the output filtered signal:
Yk = a*Uk + (1-a)Yk-1
Where "a" is coeffiecient that "weights" the current value of the unfiltered signal. And Yk-1 is the previous output signal. For some reason...
Good morning to all.
By laboral reasons I am reading about digital signatures and "public key" cryptography. The most popular of the cryptographic methods related to digital signatures (RSA) is only an application of the "little Fermat theorem". This theorem belongs to "baby" number theory...
