Fit-fit or fir-fir (Ge'ez: ፍትፍት fitfit; ፍርፍር firfir), (Oromo: chechebsaa), is an Eritrean and Ethiopian food typically served as breakfast. Fit-fit is served by preparing sauce and shredding injera or kitcha into pieces and mixing the two. It is generally made with shredded flat bread, spiced clarified butter, and the hot spice berbere. There are two main varieties of fit-fit depending on the type of flatbread being used: the sourdough injera and the unleavened kitcha.
A computer program, MicroLab, deals with finding the best fit curve, or allowing for linear regression of the first, second, and third orders, of a given set of data (particularly modeling nonlinear data).
I am trying to stimulate this analysis on a graphing calculator (i.e., TI-83 Plus and...
Say i have a set of points that aren't necessarily linear, but are planar, and all follow a 'general' trend in the same direction. Say, something like this:

This is an entirely random example, but hopefully it'll help you...

A brass plug is to be placed in a ring made of iron. At room temperature (20oC), the diameter of the plug is 8.755 cm and that of the inside of the ring is 8.745 cm. They must be brought to what common temperature (in Co) in order to fit? The coefficient of linear expansion for brass is...
New "Fit through Fat" diet
I think I'd have a hard time staying on a diet like this, how many calories a day would that be? :bugeye:
"what a nutritionist would call a recipe for heart attacks is just what one doctor ordered for Izabela Strepak.
She went from a size 14 to a size 4...
I performed a fit, using EXCEL, to data and the fit gave me a polynomial. How do I get the uncertainty in the resulting parameters. For example the least squares fit gives y = Ax+B and there are equations to give the uncertainties in A and B. IS there a program that does this for non linear...
I would like to have an explanation of why aerobic activities, like jogging, help one man to keep fit while anaerobic activities, like lifting weight, contribute little effort.
Hey everyone...I need work out how big my bike alarm has to be to fit under a bike saddle...so could you please tell me by how far you move your saddle up, so you can ride your bike properly and sit comfortably?...This can be done by measuring the length of the metal rod that holds the saddle...
I'm quite a beginner in maple and I want to plots some points with a Scatterplot and add the bestfit curve but I can't get maple to put both in the same plot... I'd also liek to know how to make a scatterplot with max/min extensions of evry points (I have no idea how you call these)...
Hi,
Suppose i fit some data with a curve, using Levenberg-Marquardt (or equivalent). How do I estimate the accuracy of the parameters (by this i mean p plus or minus something). I've read somewhere that its done using the jacobian and covariance matricies I think, but not sure. Anyone know if...
 I have plotted a few points (8 infact ) in Excel and would like to acquire the equation for the line of best fit. How do I do this using the computer or do I have to do it by hand?
I was just wondering if somebody knows how you find the uncertainty of a value obtained from a line of best fit.
In my case I had to estimate the charge left on a capacitor, but to do this I had to integrate from t=120 to t=infinity using the exponential line of best fit.
I have no clue how to...
Hi, I want fit the following equation to a set of data points :
y = A(exp(-Bx)-exp(-Cx)))
I found how to determine A and B for one exp : y = Aexp(-Bx), but I'm not sure if there's a formula for A, B and C in such a sum (or difference) of exponentials. Thanks.
How do the dimension, at least the first three we can observe, fit in the universe? We can monitor up/down, left/right, forward/backward on our planets, yes? But then how does this fit in with the idea that the universe has no center and shape, no true directions. Does this mean that the first...
Problem 11.
A hauing company needs to determine whether a large house trailer can be moved along a highway that passes under a bridge with an opening in the shape of a parabolic arch, 12m wide at the base and 6 m high in the center. If the trailer is 9m wide and 3.2 m tall(measured from the...
