Schools Advanced Math courses online/through universitys

AI Thread Summary
For those seeking advanced math courses outside of traditional graduate programs, several universities offer options that may fit the criteria. Institutions like the University of Indiana-East, University of Ottawa, University of Idaho, Emporia State University, Nicholls State University, University of Central Florida, University of West Florida, and Texas A&M University have been mentioned as potential sources for advanced classes such as Group Theory. However, it's important to note that some universities, like the University of Illinois Springfield, may have restrictions that limit access to their courses for non-enrolled students. Therefore, it's advisable to verify enrollment requirements before pursuing these options.

I'm finishing my undergrad work in Physics and was just curious if there were sources to take 'advanced' math classes besides enrolling in a grad program. If for instance I wanted to take a Group Theory course for my own entertainment or whatever. I'm looking for something legitimate e.g. not a youtube series.

Any suggestions would be great (if any exist).

Thanks.

I wrote a post with some options a few weeks ago but from my memory, try:

Univ of Indiana-East
U of Ottawa (KS)
U of Idaho (Eng Outreach)
Emporia State U
Nicholls State U
U of Central Florida
U of West Florida
Texas A& M U

I'm currently doing a mathematics bachelor's program at University of IL Springfield, purely online. I already have advanced degrees and whatnot, this is just for fun.

Check it out, sounds like it's close to what you're looking for: http://www.uis.edu/math/index.html

The OP mentioned that he/she did not want to enroll in a program, and UIS makes it prohibitive for anyone not enrolled in their program to take classes.

TL;DR Summary: What topics to cover to safely say I know arithmetic ? I am learning arithmetic from Indian NCERT textbook. Currently I have finished addition ,substraction of 2 digit numbers and divisions, multiplication of 1 digit numbers. I am moving pretty slowly. Can someone tell me what topics to cover first to build a framework and then go on in detail. I want to learn fast. It has taken me a year now learning arithmetic. I want to speed up. Thanks for the help in advance. (I also...
Hi community My aim is to get into research about atoms, specifically, I want to do experimental research that explores questions like: 1. Why do Gallium/Mercury have low melting points 2. Why are there so many exceptions and inconsistencies when it comes to explaining molecular structures / reaction mechanisms in inorganic and organic chemistry 3. Experimental research about fundamental Quantum Mechanics, such as the one being followed by Hiroshima university that proved that observing...
