Hi guys,
I'm trying to find info with respect to twist angles of a turbine blade (for airplane engines, let's say)... I read somewhere on the forum that it's typically 0-20 degrees. I'm trying to look for quoted sources though or at least second opinions on that matter.

This might be overly simplistic, but have you tried asking folks like General Electric or Rolls-Royce who make the engines? They might provide that, and even more, information as long as it doesn't get into the realm of trade secrets. The worst that can happen is that they turn you down.

The pitch varies along the length of the blade, being greatest at the hub and at a smaller pitch at the tip, due to the blade tip speed being much higher than the speed at the hub. I don't have specific or referenced angles, however you are definitely close with your range.
