Unbelievably complete work (1438 pages!) covering all aspects of p-n junctions, metal-semiconductor contacts, phonon and photon interactions, and the operation of common semiconductor devices from diodes and LEDs to solar cells to transistors and MOSFETs. Hardcover book with flawless dust jacket. Free of markings except for small name stamps on inside cover and flyleaf. Pages are tanned with age. I found this book indispensable when I was developing high-power RF switching devices--but those days are long over for me, so it's time to let it go.
