Can Raw Potatoes Be Served with Roast Goose?

In summary, raw potatoes can be served with roast goose, but they should be prepared in a specific way to ensure they are safe and enjoyable to eat. Raw potatoes can be sliced thinly and served as a side dish to the roast goose, or they can be mashed and used as a topping for the meat. However, it is important to make sure the potatoes are fully cooked and not undercooked, as raw potatoes can be difficult to digest and may cause stomach discomfort. Additionally, some people may prefer to cook the potatoes separately before serving them with the roast goose. Ultimately, it is a matter of personal preference and ensuring that the potatoes are cooked properly before serving them with the roast goose.

I am a biologist who probably will not be able to help anyone here unless they have a question about biology.
