AI Thread Summary
Creating a driver L298 involves designing a circuit based on its schematic or using the integrated circuit in a project. Resources like the SparkFun datasheet and Wikipedia's H-bridge article provide essential circuit diagrams and explanations. Key components needed to build the L298 driver include the L298 chip, power supply, and necessary resistors and capacitors. Understanding the function of each component is crucial for successful design and implementation. Newbies in electrical engineering can benefit from these resources to guide their project development.

Dear experts,
I'm a newbie student in electrical engineering field. Today,my teacher ask me to create the driver L298 while I have known nothing about it and I have never seen it before. So, I'm here to ask how to create it, because I have search in some sites but, I can't find the site that shows how to create it!

Best regard,

Actually, I was asked by my teacher to design this kind of driver, and I have no idea about it and also have no idea about what my teacher think! So, now my questions are : Can I create or design L299 by my own? and what are the element that I need to have in order to create it!

Theres a circuit diagram in the pdf of my earlier post. You can start with that.

Thank, Jedishrfu! Have goods day!

Thread 'Have I solved this structural engineering equation correctly?'
Hi all, I have a structural engineering book from 1979. I am trying to follow it as best as I can. I have come to a formula that calculates the rotations in radians at the rigid joint that requires an iterative procedure. This equation comes in the form of: $$ x_i = \frac {Q_ih_i + Q_{i+1}h_{i+1}}{4K} + \frac {C}{K}x_{i-1} + \frac {C}{K}x_{i+1} $$ Where: ## Q ## is the horizontal storey shear ## h ## is the storey height ## K = (6G_i + C_i + C_{i+1}) ## ## G = \frac {I_g}{h} ## ## C...
