The GSM standard for cell phones can operate on various frequency bands, with 900 MHz and 1800 MHz being the most common. A cell phone that is not dual band can only connect to networks that operate on the specific frequency it supports. Higher frequency does not necessarily equate to better call clarity; it simply indicates a larger carrier bandwidth. The fundamental specifications of the GSM standard remain consistent across different frequencies.

the GSM standard can be implemented in different frequency bands. Two of the most usual are 900 and 1800 MHz. If your cell phone is not dual band you can register only to operators that use the band your phone is capable of.

Greater frequency ?
Does it mean more clarity ??

nope, just that the carrier is greater in one case. the specifications are basically the same...

That is a promising start. But then I provided values V=1, R1=1, R2=2, R3=3 and asked for the value of I. At first, it said...
