Does physicsforums have a function for bringing to view New Topics or New Posts? If not, could the functionality be put in?

I've been here for 20 years. Pretty sure that even with all the technology development, there's a link here directly on the starting page to "New Posts". There is no "New Topics" link specifically, posts as new topics are listed in the "New Posts" list.

I am now writing using a standard Chrome browser on some random Android smartphone. It's to the right and top of the screen: a flash symbol.

So one alternative to this is to "Watch" the forums you are interested in, and that way you will receive a notice whenever a new thread is started in that forum. For example, here is what I see at the top of the EE forum, which is one of the forums that I Watch (screenshot from my Firefox browser on my Win10 laptop):

No. Not really. My best senses were not hard at work finding the feature. Watched Threads I am accustomed to but that would only be for what I have already read in the forum and responded to.
