I don't want to argue about this. My take is as I said very early on. We have interpretations where no collapse occurs eg MW, and those where it for sure happens eg GRW. Both explain how an improper mixture becomes a proper one so collapse is not a necessary part. As I said I don't want to argue the point - so that's all I will say.
