Looking for a Book on Relativistic Quantum Mechanics?

Click For Summary
For an undergraduate class on relativistic quantum mechanics, recommended texts include graduate-level books like Sakurai and introductory quantum field theory (QFT) texts. Shankar's work is also suggested as it bridges the gap between undergraduate and graduate material. Many foundational concepts are typically covered in more advanced texts, making it challenging to find purely undergraduate resources. These recommendations provide a solid starting point for understanding the complexities of relativistic quantum mechanics. Selecting the right book can enhance comprehension of this advanced topic.

Hello everyone!

I would like you to recommend me a book for relativistic quantum mechanics. It's for an undergraduated class.

thanks

Most of that material is in graduate texts like Sakurai or in the beginning of QFT books. Shankar probably has some, it is between undergrad and grad level.

TL;DR: Jackson or Zangwill for Electrodynamics? Hi, I want to learn ultrafast optics and I am interested in condensed matter physics, ie using ultrafast optics in condensed matter systems. However, before I get onto ultrafast optics I need to improve my electrodynamics knowledge. Should I study Jackson or Zangwill for Electrodynamics? My level at the moment is Griffiths. Given my interest in ultrafast optics in condensed matter, I am not sure which book is better suited for me. If...
