How did you find PF?: I found PF while searching on chatgpt for serious physics communities where students and scientists discuss and help each other

Hello everyone,

My name is Nishanta Choudhury. I’m from Assam, India. I just completed my BSc in Physics Major from B. Borooah College under Gauhati University, and I’m now preparing to start my MSc in Physics.

It’s been a challenging journey — my academic performance wasn’t strong, mainly due to weak fundamentals and bad study habits. But I’m committed to changing that now.

Despite these struggles, I’ve been interested in atmospheric physics and radar data. I even worked on a paper titled **“A Novel ANN-Based Model for Short-Term Rain Prediction from ST Radar Moment Data”**, which was published in the International Journal of Computer Applications ([link](https://ijcaonline.org/archives/volume186/number72/a-novel-ann-based-model-for-short-term-rain-prediction-from-st-radar-moment-data-in-and-around-the-radar-site/)).

I joined this forum to learn from experienced people, improve my physics understanding, and build a solid academic foundation during MSc.

Looking forward to being a part of this community!

Hello, I’m joining from Turkey and I’m 28 years old. I discovered my interest in science through a YouTube video (@Veritasium) , and everything I’ve learned since then excites me so much that I feel like a child wanting to share every new piece of knowledge with those around me. Although I don’t yet have full mastery of mathematical formulas or physical laws, my passion for learning constantly drives me to explore and understand more. No matter how complex the world of science may be, my...
