I'm sure a lot of you have heard of this theory if not oh well. I was wondering if any of you could fully explain or point me to a source that will explain it to me completely. I read about this theory in an Exercise book ,but it only vaguely explained it , I would like to know the full theory because so far all I know about it is that it has to do with the subconscious governing your body during exercise and that it is supposed to be an alternative to your body being governed by the anearobic/cardiovascular model.
I apoligize if this is wrong section for topic but I figured bio would be the best place to start.
