In summary, PF, or Protein Data Bank File, is a standardized file format used for storing and exchanging protein structure data. It contains information on the three-dimensional structure of proteins, including their atomic coordinates and chemical properties. This resource is valuable for scientists as it allows for the sharing and analysis of protein structures, aiding in the understanding of their function and potential applications in various fields such as medicine and biotechnology. The PF format is constantly updated and maintained by a global community of researchers, making it a reliable and essential tool for scientific research and discovery.

How did you find PF?
It comes up for me on Google a lot.
Hi! Call me KTB. I'm a physics major, and have seen this site come up a lot in my travels. I'll definitely be asking some questions, but I'll hopefully be answering a good amount, too. We'll see.

See you around!
