My brother in law received this shirt from the girls in his office.

1772+14

111 141(a backwards 5)

I've attached a photo of the shirt. We can't figure it out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I think he wants to impress the girls in the office by figuring it out before he goes back to work.
