In summary, tensor-structured methods play a crucial role in the study of few-particle quantum systems. These methods involve breaking down a complex system into smaller, more manageable subspaces, allowing for more efficient calculations and analysis. They have been instrumental in advancing our understanding of quantum systems with a small number of particles, including molecules, atoms, and nuclei, and have potential applications in fields such as quantum chemistry and material science. By utilizing tensor-structured methods, researchers are able to accurately model and predict the behavior of these systems, providing valuable insights into their properties and behaviors.

I am a PhD student in Chemistry at the University of Sussex in England. My background is entirely in Mathematics (especially Partial Differential Equations). My PhD thesis is "Development of tensor-structured methods for few-particle quantum systems", so I need a good background in this new field.BriceK
