Let's say that negative mass existed, what might it look like? Could it look like an ordinary rock stuck in the ground? If so, what would happen if you tried to move it around? If it moves in the opposite direction it is push then wouldn't it be impossible to move it in any direction? Would it be stuck where it is?

No one can answer that. It doesn't exist as far as we know, and we have no reason to think that it does. Because of that we cannot possibly say what it might or might not do, as we don't know the properties of it.
