AI Thread Summary
Hadrons are a class of subatomic particles that include baryons and mesons, and they were not discovered by a single individual but rather identified over time as part of particle physics. Key properties of hadrons include their composition of quarks, the strong force binding them, and their classification based on baryon number. Interesting facts about hadrons include their role in forming atomic nuclei and their involvement in high-energy particle collisions. The study of hadrons has significantly advanced through experiments conducted in particle accelerators. Understanding hadrons is crucial for insights into the fundamental forces of nature.

Both Vanadium and me already gave you a reference to those interesting facts: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hadron

Assume that this is a case where by sheer coincidence, two sources of coherent single-frequency EM wave pulses with equal duration are both fired in opposing directions, with both carrying the same frequency and amplitude and orientation. These two waves meet head-on while moving in opposing directions, and their phases are precisely offset by 180 degrees so that each trough of one wave meets with the crest of the other. This should be true for both the electric and magnetic components of...
