Ah I see what you mean now. The world around you has to be somewhat deterministic in the "region" into which your choices propagate or otherwise your choices would just get wiped out or you wouldn't realistically be able to judge the consequences of anything.
That's a very interesting point: Supposing you have Free Will and aren't subject to determinism in some way, the world of objects around you has to be somewhat predictable in order for you to exercise that Free Will in any meaningful way.
