Isn't it just another way of saying what Peres says? Changing the observable bases changes the experiment, so the anticorrelation arises for one experiment and not another (contextually). If you re-define "reality" to be the probability spectrum for specific non-local experiments then sure, reality isn't dead, but it's irreducibly setup-dependent (not so "real")...
